TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Orders received before 12 noon and paid for with PayPal, Visa or MasterCard are usually shipped within 3-5 days.

Back orders: 

• The order will be shipped as complete as possible. 

• Backorders will be filled as soon as possible and will notify when items will be shipped.

• Discontinuations are possible.

International Shipping: 

• The shipping rates listed on our site are based on US Priority Rates.

• On international orders, we will email the customer, the possible shipping options before shipping. 

Delivery/Shipping: 

• We make every effort to ship orders received before noon the same day. Our usual mode of shipping is US Priority unless other wise stated.

• On occasion, we do ship UPS when the size and weight of the of the package makes it more cost effective.

• Some "heavy" or "bulky" items may require additional shipping costs.

• You will be notified via email if this should happen and we will verify the additional fees before shipment takes place.

Return/Refund Policy: 

• No returns accepted after 15 days.

• Return shipments require prior authorization.

• Refunds will be issued after unopened product is returned and received.

• No returns will be accepted if the stencils or other packaging materials have been opened.

Restocking Fee: 

• There is 15% restocking fee for any merchandise that is returned for reasons other than damage or defect.

Copyrighted Designs:

• These Theorem patterns are an original designs of Jean Hansen. We are delighted to have you hand paint as many Theorem painted designs as you like for fun or profit in your local market. It is expressly forbidden, however, to reproduce any of these designs by any other means, including but not limited to, hand tracing, photocopying, color copying, or lithographing. It is also forbidden to dismantle or repackage the individual components of this kit for resale. Permission must be obtained in writing from Jean Hansen if you wish to promote your finished products in the national or International marketplace, or if you plan to sell more than 24 pieces of any item with these designs.
